Statement (Full) Watermarking

• J.Tabbs Photography owns all photographic images, including any physical copies in any format and digital copies,  taken under the company name. All Rights Reserved.

• All images taken and produced by the company, and it’s staff, shall be watermarked with the company logo and or company watermarks.

• Once purchased, or hired,  the customer will receive one set of company watermarked images. These can be edited, and/or, colour corrected; as agreed at time of purchase.

• The customer may request additional copies of images but may have to pay additional fees.

• The customer will receive the images in the format(s) that have been agreed upon purchase or hire.

• The customer may request any additional copies of images at additional cost (as agreed between the company and customer at time of purchase or hire).

• J.Tabbs Photography Company retains all rights and copyright to all photographs taken. Inclusive of any and all un-watermarked images in all formats ( including physical and electronic imagery). 

• Any changes or alterations made to images (physical or electronic) without prior and agreed consent of J.Tabbs Photography Company will result in appropriate and full action to be taken. 

• Any use of imagery that does not include full credit to J.Tabbs Photography Company that is not consented to by the company prior is use or distribution will result in appropriate and full action to be taken.

• Any use of imagery that has been altered, amended or had the watermark(s) removed, hidden, masked, faded, cut or cropped from the image in any way without prior and agreed consent of the company will result in full and appropriate action to be taken.

• Any images, physical or electronic, which may be used without copyright are only those that have gained prior and full consent of the company before use but may carry an additional fee.

Watermarking

• J.Tabbs Photography Company retains all rights and copyright to all images taken under the company name. Any images may be distributed only in agreed ways with express permission of the company.

• J.Tabbs Photograph Company retains all rights and copyright to all images taken under the company name giving the customer restricted rights; Allowing the customer only the rights to reproduce images for personal use only with prior consent of J.Tabbs Photography Company. (Inclusive of all image formats in any physical or electronic forms).  This may only be done with full credit of J.Tabbs Photography Company on each image.

• Any and all brand imagery and logos are fully owned by J.Tabbs Photography Company. Any misuse of brand icons, or use of their likeness will result in full and appropriate action to be taken. 

 

 

Any photograph/product that has taken or produced by, or under the company name is subject to these terms and conditions.
